What are the preferred shapes for MIM (Metal Injection Molding)?
It is precisely because we use molds that we can easily create complex and unique shapes.
MIM, which is manufactured by pouring raw materials into a mold all at once, allows for shapes that are close to the final form during the molding stage, providing cost advantages. Shapes that previously required multiple processing steps can now be delivered with high precision in a single molding using MIM. Our company has the strength of being able to respond quickly because we manufacture our molds in-house. (We have published examples of shapes in the downloadable materials.)
